This is a four-year course for high school graduates or those having the equivalent education to become technical leaders or vocational training instructors.

Upon graduation, students are conferred a bachelor’s degree by the National Institute of Academic Degrees and University Evaluation. The course features many hours of experiments and practice, which are essential for vocational training instructors, and a requirement for subjects related to vocational capabilities development. In addition, the course underwent thorough reviews to better meet the demands of the times, and the resulting changes will be in place from 2004: a change of department names, the addition of curriculum to develop the ability for career counseling and coordination of training courses, and the addition of technique- and skill-building programs to meet the ever-accelerating innovations.
